SOUND HEALING JOURNEY WORSHOPS
We are happy to invite you on a musical journey to experience the healing power of sound
and vibration for the body, mind and spirit.
Inspired by ancient traditions which used the healing power of music, and integrating modern
scientific knowledge, we create the space for listening in, quieting the mind, and connecting
to our inner selves.
In our sessions, participants will enter a state of relaxation lying down, and the guides will
play instruments above and around them. The vibration of the instruments will be felt in the
body and will help release emotional, physical and mental stresses.
At the end of the journey, we will gather in a circle to share our experiences, ask questions,
etc.
therapeutic processes through vibrations and the discovery of one’s voice.
We also bring our experiences from our travels around the world, where we studied the use
of music as a therapeutic tool in ancient cultures.
